TORQline equipped Evo 8 wins US shootout award

The TORQline equipped AMS Mitsubishi Evo 8 has recently won a tuner shootout competition run by American publication ‘Modified Mag’. The competition had four events which included ¼ mile, 0-80-0MPH, Skid Pad and Time Attack. The AMS tuning team are also US distributors for TORQline™ products, they same as they run on the Evo 8. The TORQline™ composite propshaft for the AMS Evo 8 is a standard off the shelf modification that can increase acceleration, gear change and braking. The TORQline™ composite propshaft is a massive 65% lighter then the OEM propshaft, this reduced weight leads to less rotational inertia which gives the increased performance. TORQline™ composite propshafts are also extremely strong and able to cope with over 1000bhp.
