Design process
Through unrivalled composite product development experience and use of CAD, FEA modelling and Advanced Composite Design Code techniques, TORQline products are designed and manufactured to meet the performance requirements of each individual application.
CTG’s expertise in developing advanced composite driveline products means we are the perfect development partner for large volume automotive production and small volume motorsport production. |

Development
All products are subjected to a rigorous test and evaluation regime that simulates real time operation.
Using instrumented equipment, actual dynamic load data from vehicles is captured to optimise the design of all aspects of TORQline products.
All designs undergo impact tests to ensure that the appropriate level of impact resistance is achieved and that the propshaft remains functional after a foreign body impact.

Inspection
All outsourced components are individually inspected for quality.
All components going into a propshaft assembly are proof tested and issued with a certificate of conformity to qualify product integrity.
